Battalion E-Bulletin
The GVB Electronic Bulletin is available to everyone, officers, privates, civilians, sutlers, and all interested parties completely free of charge. This won't be a replacement for the regular Battalion Bulletin sent to company commanders, but instead a supplement so that everyone can stay in the loop.
