GVB Morning Report
The First Sergeants practical guide to properly filing out the form.
Overview
The Morning Report is the most critical report in use by your Battalion. The information is used in the daily formation of the Morning Parade and ultimately the Battle line of the GVB. The report is filled out by the First Sergeant and signed by him. He ensures its accuracy. Then it reviewed and signed by the Captain. The report is turned into the Sergeant Major at Battalion Head-Quarters at the designated time. The report is time critical. Any delay will cause Battalion accounting errors that will affect the entire chain of Command.
The GVB does not use the entire form. Only the following portions listed are used on a practical basis.
